Many people associate left-handedness with creativity and success. Although many estimates, only 10% of the population is left-handed, were almost half of all the Presidents of the United States in the last century left-handers. Many of the greatest artists and thinkers of history were left-handed as well.
Despite these positive associations, left-handers have a much greater risk of injury from power tools and large machinery. Many people are aware that a pair of scissorsComputer mice, can openers, and many other common tools are often more difficult for left-handers to use. But power tools and hand-operated machines often challenges the left-handers as well.
